Instructions for Apr 3 week

1. The primary-backup slides are uploaded with audio. 
2. A google form link is put on the class website. Please read/listen the slides and then finish the google form with in a week. 
(I will close the google form on Apr 10 and use it to count 'attendance')
3. Project progress report is due in a week. Please read the description under 'deadline'.
4. HW4 has been uploaded. Due in two weeks.
